Support Lizbianism |
This is where I share all my favorite 30 Rock moments (SPOILER: It's all of them) and occasionally use them as commentary on my life. Enjoy, laugh, reblog, and message me any time. |
Anna Howard Shaw was born on February 14th 1847. Not only was she a physician and the first ordained female Methodist minister in the United States, she was a champion for women’s suffrage. From her Wikipedia page: “Since her family frowned upon her decided career path, they refused to provide any financial support.” Dr. Shaw still kicked ass. She preached and gave lectures on temperance (HAHA okay I disagree with you here Anna, babe) to support herself during college.
Hey guys,
I apologize again for being so inconsistent posting lately. I’ve actually kind of been in complete denial of this whole ‘last episode’ thing for the past couple weeks. Just wanted to let you know that I won’t be watching tonight. I’ll watch tomorrow or sometime this weekend, when I am more mentally prepared. Also, like I’m sure Liz does, I hate commercials. I can’t stand the thought of watching the last episode of my favorite show interrupted by advertisements for things that are not Cheesy Blasters or Tracy Jordan’s Meat Machine. So, enjoy tonight. Laugh, sob, and please feel free to stop by my place for a shoulder to cry on and unlimited supplies of Sabor de Soledad.
Also, please let me know your opinions on the fate of this blog. I haven’t decided whether it’d be best to S that D, in honor of the show, or to try to keep it alive. Any and all opinions are welcome through private message.
Okay, the sob story ends here.
Love you all.
